I had a dream that my yoga teacher… she was sleeping in my bed. The sheets on my bed are white. What does this mean?

Here an example of how you can use your breathing to create better stability and opening in a yoga pose. Observe what happens when you breath this way, how it grounds your seat, protecting you from injury and helps you to find depth.

Two great restorative poses, and some ideas what you can do with your blocks! . A variation of supported baddha konasana and a variation of vipariti karani. I like doing them towards the end of class, but certainly the first pose, supported bound angle pose can also be done at the beginning of class. Even do them by themselves to give yourself a treat. Please comment how you feel after doing these and what use you would use them for, or if you have other creative ideas of how you can use yoga blocks!
