Which is the better martial art for teenagers/young adults?

This applies more to those who want to learn it as a constructive way of releasing pent up energy rather then fighting people and also for those who wear glasses (cant use contacts). i.e. hard to see without them. Choose from the following or if you have a better idea, please post it up, thanks:
1. Tai Chi Quan
2. Karate
3. Taijutsu

Jewish university students and young adults come together to explore their Jewish roots in a non-judgmental and comfortable atmosphere, in the breathtaking, majestic Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY. You have the opportunity to hike, swim, or simply relax, while studying with world class educators about what it means to be a Jew in today’s world in open environment that makes it easy to ask straight-forward questions. Some topics include Jewish Philosophy, dating, Jewish ethics, Jewish meditation and spirituality among others. Hebrew reading crash courses are provided as well. The food is great too!

Each session lasts for about 12 days, with a choice of 4 sessions to choose from.

Regardless of what your connection or knowledge of Judaism is – if any at all, this is something you don’t want to miss, and will never forget.
