  5. I have looked for a way to find a DVD of this tai chi 10 form that you have posted without any luck. Is there one out there and where can I find it ? thank you…. very very well done…. love to watch her.

  6. I don’t know about DVDs. I would think this video, together with the books credited at the end of the video, would teach you about as well as you can be taught without a teacher.

    Thank you! I usually start my students on the 24 form and go on to a traditional 108. I think I might start them now on this form. It’s introduces many of the essential forms, but simplifies them even further (especially repulse monkey). Then go to the 24 and then 108. Thanks again!
