    could you post the actual exercise it would be helpful. The info on this segment is very interesting though, thanks. My mom has diabeties & some symptoms of MS and would like her to see the actual workout to do it. Thanks again

    @flamingfame, Any Tai Chi will work, he is talking about older people that are over weight. Any Tai Chi wil help you control, but a proper diet must be part of it.
