Thank you for your comments. Indeed, it is an art more internal than external.

Sorry that it is scary to you. It was just windy the day we taped it.

Thank you for your opinion which makes me realize how big the world is. I do disagree with you. No tricks anywhere, just sharing. My students like and benefit from what I share with them. Sorry I will be continuing to teach.

  18. I have been in TaiJi and Qigong for 20 years and I am once again enjoying this video very much. I do hope you will make more of these!

What’s the big deal you have been practicing taiji and qigong for 20 years? i used to have a “potential” student who had been practicing taiji for 20-25 years before wanting to join my class, I told her she needed to re-learnt the whole postures and movements. This lady performed badly. No other way to say it. She has the gentle side, but overall…lacking substance.

You said she was very good at her style. What style was it? She performed 85 Yang style or 108 Yang style, that set requires certain principles to be executed the way the Yang family designed it. No other way, or called your movements/style bastardised form. What do you know about taiji? I guess you don’t have eyes to judge a good performance. I guess Hawaii lacks good taichi masters there…? Time to go there and recruit?????

  22. @pribadi8406 I suspect you do not have many “students” if you are really a teacher. Look around, there are many ways to follow the path.

  23. @liveforbetter Wow I forgot all about this. I don’t remember what I said but it probably wasn’t too nice. Forget about whatever I said as I now have no opinion on anyone’s Tai Chi and whatnot.

  24. @pribadi8406, I paid a visit to your sight and it seems you like to criticize every Taiji video you see. Perhaps your time would be better spent making a proper Taiji video and showing us all how it’s done.

There are so many excellent practitioners displaying their prowess on youtube, i.e.: Gaojiamin, Chensitan, wuyanan, Marchey, so many others. Compare those practitioner with this lady in hawaii…you have eyes, don’t you? Don’t like to be criticize? Don’t write anything silly that does not make sense? Too harsh the comments? welcome to the real world. Truth always hurts. I know that since I was a kid! Check Chensitan’s website and read his comment on taichi exercise.
