Oh. My. Goodness. I sooo wish I knew about yoga while I was on my honeymoon in the Bahamas so I could do yoga on the shore like that. Looks like a lot of fun! I’ll be adding this to my daily yoga routine, and maybe one day I can try it on the beach . Thanks Tara!
Thx, great routine. How do you keep the wrists of your hands safe? I practiced nearly every day in the last weeks (mainly downward dog, planks…), now I feel my wrists are totally overstrained (as well as my shoulders). Do you practice every day and if so, how do you put the exercises together? It’s not the first time I overstrained my body and still I’m not able to assess it right (a regular and balanced practice).
I like the standing arm stretches, I often carry a lot of back and shoulder tension so these moves will be something I can do while I sit or stand and don’t have the space to engage the ground with my hands or body. Sweet stuff!
