People comment on how skinny she is, but I’m not sure how they can say that since you can clearly see the immense amount of muscle she has in this video. It’s one thing to be really skinny and unfit, but Tara is just toned and thin. There is a difference and it’s measured by a persons overall health, not their waist measurement.

i’m a size 12 and 5’8 and when i “stretch and bend” you can see my ribs too. that is no indication of being too skinny, as i am most definitely not skinny. tara lives a very healthy lifestyle and she is always exercising, eats healthy, and she probably just has a naturally slender body type.

She’s not skinny at all. I saw amazing leg muscles when she firsts squats in the video and I was like WOW. She’s just really fit with a low body fat percentage.

I tried some of this today in the park, including some into my Junan Taiso flexibility sequence before doing my kata practice. Ever since I’ve been adding your stretches to my day, I’ve been having improved posture & feel more balanced, also I feel more calmer with an increased ability to roll with the punches life throws at me. I also seem to be attracting kinder people into my world.
