Good video, but the one thing that I disagree with is when you said that a video is sufficient to learn from. I’m a gungfu/meditation instructor and really, videos are for instructors and experienced practitioners only to expand their knowledge. Whatever it is you want to learn, you need the guidance of a teacher who can respond to and correct you. Otherwise, nice job with this vid. It is much appreciated. Namaste.
