  1. This woman is inexpressibly gorgeous and amazing. She makes it all look so easy and beautiful. Truly she could make taking out the trash a sacred act.

How pathetic. Make half of humanity starving, then make what’s profane sacred? How dare you falsely praise that which is not what you are making it to be?
    You truly are demonic.

  4. Yoga is yet another example of Caucasians taking from other cultures and suddenly claiming to be experts on it. Like Martial Arts and just about everything else Knowing a few poses is NOT what Yogas all about Next thing you know, theyre be claiming they invented Yoga!

  6. or you know, they are recognizing other cultures, appreciating them and learning to integrate their ancient practices in to the common era. since after all we are all humans and all connected. which is the mindset that correlates with what yoga is about along with the asanas, as you seem to know already…

  7. I agree with callunavata that you’re overly bitter about people benefiting from something outside their culture, jgreen1412, but you’re also correct.

  24. Could someone please explain the purpose of these poses? Usually in yoga videos there are explanations. Is this supposed to be relaxing, for strengthening the shoulders… or what?
